The booking is considered confirmed after receiving the prepayment or confirmation from the hotel.
The guest undertakes to pay the remaining amount either before the start of the stay or upon arrival, in agreement with the administration.
In case of non-payment of the balance within the prescribed period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice.
When booking through third-party platforms, the terms of the tariffs should be taken into account (for example, non-refundable or with free cancellation).
Cancellation of the booking
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the arrival date (to be specified at the time of booking).
If the reservation is cancelled later than the specified time or no-show, a fine of 100% of the booking price may be charged.
In the case of special rates (low price, promotions), cancellation conditions may vary — please specify the specific rate when booking.
If the hotel is forced to cancel the reservation (for example, due to non-fulfillment of obligations), the amount paid will be refunded to the guest, without additional compensation.
